All punch cards valid 1 year (365 days) from purchase date. Each Wrestler must have own card, no sharing.

One-on-One Program
Each session will be by appointment only, and each session is 60 minutes.
- $70 per session 1 or 2 wrestlers/60 minutes
- $120 for Focus Group of 4 wrestlers/60 minutes
- $160 for Focus Group of 6 wrestlers/60 minutes
- Other special groups/workouts etc price determined on per case basis
